On June 7, 2012 The Union Democrat reports news of record that occurred on Tuesday the day before the report was written. The Sheriff’s Office in Tuolumne County has reported theft and fraudulent credit card charges in the Sonora area, Jamestown, Strawberry and Mi-Wuk Village. A report from the Sonora Police Department included a public family disturbance and a fire call in the Jamestown area. The Sheriff’s Office in Calaveras County reported a vehicle was vandalized, a residential burglary, a fight and theft in San Andreas and Valley Springs. They also reported two Felony bookings that involved suspicion of assault and drug possession.
