Smoke Shop Burglar Busted

A burglar was arrested while breaking into the Smoke Shop in Valley Springs. Police responded to an burglar alarm at the smoke shop in the wee hours of the morning. They noticed a missing tile in the ceiling and than noticed a suspect suddenly appear in the business next door. 21-year-old Russell Carson of Mateca, CA was arrested, he had gone into the shop through an adjoining empty business through the ceiling.
