On November 7th, you will have an opportunity to choose the candidate that you believe is best qualified to represent your views for the next four years. I believe that I’m the right person for the job.
Thanks for the laugh!
Victoria, your latest propaganda had me rolling on the floor. Your election fliers are neck and neck with the National Enquirer in fiction.
Folks will be voting in just a few weeks for District 5 Supervisor as well as other local and state issues. I hope everyone can have a mature debate on issues and those who seek to represent us. But I doubt it.
I support Victoria Erickson for re election and I think it is very important for Valley Springs and Rancho Calaveras that we have a local resident as Supervisor.
Jeff Davidson’s letter to the Editor explains wonderful things that
Victoria Erickson has done for his community. He left out several items
Victoria is responsible for, which I would like to add.
Victoria has voted to give herself substantial pay increases along with a
$350 per month vehicle mileage “reimbursement”, which does not require
any travel in order to receive the cash.
Victoria gave $75,000 to improve a school in Angles Camp, while allocating
none of the $200,000 - plus toward improvements in Rancho.
It's amazing to me how few people actually get involved with the political process. It's my opinion that a majority of people vote because a candidate has the prettiest sign or uses meaningless jargon that incites emotions but really says very little. I encourage everyone to ask the questions here. Get involved and become educated in what's going on around you. Make your choices on fact rather than emotion.
This website is an easy way to do that. Users can post articles, questions, comments, all very easily.
